Who is responsible?
Teddy Verneuil, sole trader, 14 bis rue Magellan, 56860 Séné, France, is the data controller for the Formaz launch waitlist. Contact: hello@film36.app.
What data, and why?
The form asks for your email address and agreement to receive launch updates. The selected language, date and consent version are recorded when you confirm. The data is used to verify your address and send launch news and early access invitations, based on your consent. Signing up does not create an account or subscription.
Confirmation and unsubscribe
An initial email contains a confirmation link valid for 24 hours. A separate confirmation action is needed to join the list. Future launch messages must include an unsubscribe option. You can also request removal by writing to the contact listed on this page.
Providers and international transfers
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and provides technical security measures. Resend processes confirmation emails and the list of confirmed contacts. The sending domain is configured in Resend’s European region. These providers are US companies: their use may involve international transfers governed by their data processing agreements and applicable contractual mechanisms. This waitlist does not use a Supabase database.
Retention
Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Confirmed addresses are kept to prepare the launch; a review is planned no later than 12 months after signup to remove contacts that are no longer needed or renew consent. Withdrawing consent stops communications. Erasure requests are handled by the publisher; information strictly necessary to honour an objection may be retained for that purpose alone.
Security and technical data
Form submissions are processed on the server. Confirmation links are encrypted and expire automatically. Rate limits and a bot protection field are used. Hosting services may process technical connection data for security and availability. Email addresses and confirmation tokens are not added to application logs.
Cookies and analytics
Formaz adds no advertising trackers or audience analytics tools to this website. Fonts and illustrations are served with the website. The hosting provider’s security mechanisms may operate independently of advertising tracking.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent and request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data where applicable by writing to hello@film36.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL, at cnil.fr.
